Applications for new occupation tax certificates (business licenses) must be submitted online through the ATLCORE.
ATLCORE registration is required. Please use the email address associated with your existing account when registering. The email address used to register will be the ID associated with the account for future access. Applicants must also use Google Chrome, clear their cache and allow for third party cookies. The following documents are required:
(1) New Business License Application
(2) SAVE Affidavit (must be notarized)
(3) E-Verify Affidavit (must be notarized)
(4) Regulatory permits (if applicable)
(5) Copy of a valid U.S. government issued identification (i.e.: driver’s license,
passport)
(6) Copy of Georgia Secretary of State registration
NOTE: ATLCORE will not accept upload of a file name containing special characters (&,@,/, etc.).

Upon completion of your ATLCORE application submission (including submission of required forms, government issued ID and any applicable regulatory permits) and the Office of Revenue’s internal review of your online submission, you will receive your occupational tax bill to remit for payment. Acceptable forms of payment are Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
