Inmate personal property can be released at the Atlanta City Detention Center 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with authorization from the detainee and valid identification. The Release Form can be picked up at the Detention Center, and there it would be signed by the detainee. 

Property held by City of Atlanta Police can be picked up Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM, at the Property Control Unit located at:
