Examples of damage to catch basins include missing/broken components or the appearance of being sunken or raised.

A Specialist will be at the location to investigate the problem within 4-24 hours. Depending on the damage, further repairs, other than immediate action, may be needed. It can take 30-45 days to fully resolve the request, which includes making structural repairs and restoring the property and/or street.
