To allow continuous vehicular and pedestrian access, metal plates are used when a hole is made in the roadway to access underground utility resources.

To report a loose, missing, or damaged metal plate, contact ATL311 at 404-546-0311 or submit an online service request below.

A specific address for the metal plate must be provided when submitting the request. If possible, please provide a picture of the metal plate if submitting an online request.

An inspector will be dispatched to the location to investigate the problem within 24 business hours.
