To report a water leak or a possible water main break, contact Customer Service at 404-546-0311, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

A specialist will be at the location to investigate the problem within 24 hours, although the investigator may not be seen. Depending on the issue, the first responder may be able to resolve the request. However, based on the type and severity of the leak, further repairs and/or equipment may be needed. It can take 30-45 days to fully resolve the request, which includes making repairs and restoring the property and/or street. If a water main break has been confirmed, customers may experience a water outage for an extended period of time until the break is repaired. 

Our crews are working 24/7 to address leaks and breaks. We prioritize based upon impacts to critical facilities, critical infrastructure, public safety/damage being done and severity of water loss.
