Right of Way permits are issued to any person or company that is doing work on City streets or sidewalks. The City of Atlanta Department of Transportation (ATLDOT) issues Right of Way permits for driveway aprons, sidewalk construction, sanitary sewer, granite curb, or gutters.
Applications can be submitted at ATLDOT, located at City Hall, 55 Trinity Avenue SW, Suite 4900, Atlanta, GA 30303 or on-line via the link below.
