The Department of Public Works maintains right of way maintenance visibility and overgrowth issues. This includes cutting grass that obstructs medians and sidewalk use, as well as tree limbs blocking streetlights, signs or turning views.

To request right of way overgrowth cleared for visibility or use, you may:

  • Contact ATL311 at 404-546-0311
  • Submit an online request below

To report a hazardous visibility issue that involves a power line, contact Georgia Power at 1-888-891-0938.

NOTE: Enter what the overgrowth is blocking (e.g., a streetlight, sign, median, or sidewalk) in the Customer Notes field below. If applicable, enter the portion of the roadway, along with a start and end point, that is being reported (e.g., overgrowth on sidewalk along 10th St from Monroe Dr to Piedmont Ave).
