All site plans must be submitted, via Accela, to the Office of Parks for construction projects that impact trees in the public right of way.

Site Plans should include:
• Existing Conditions
• Tree Impact Assessment and Removal
• Tree Replacement Plan.

Parks arborist reviews all construction site plans affecting the right of way or public property. Upon approval, the work site will undergo a 15-calendar posting period (see article regarding Tree Postings for more details).

Keep in mind that the Office of Parks' arborist may take up to 45 business days to review submitted plans and complete an on-site inspection before approval.  These 45 business days include the 15-calendar day posting. Please account for this time when submitting plans for approval.
