A request to update corporate officers’ names and their addresses must be submitted online by visiting ATLCORE. After accessing ATLCORE, select “Other Business License Needs/Request” and type “Change of Principle Officers” into the search bar.
 
If you do not remember your email address on file, search the ATL311 portal for the article, ATLCORE – Update Email Address/Forgotten Password Assistance for Occupation Tax /Business Account. The article provides guidance on changes to your email address, including linking your new email to the business license.
 
Note: If the business is a sole ownership or partnership, this process will not apply. Search the ATL311 portal for the article "Change of Business Ownership for Sole Ownership and Partnership".
