A request to update corporate officers’ names and their addresses must be submitted online by visiting ATLBIZ. After accessing your account in ATLBIZ, select "Request Change of Officers" located inside the Customer box. You must provide a reason for the change. Upon approval by the Office of Revenue, you will receive an email notification to check ATLBIZ.  

If you do not remember your email address on file, search the ATL311 portal for the article, Update Email Address/Forgotten Password Assistance for Occupation Tax /Business Account. The article provides guidance on changes to your email address, including linking your new email to the business license.
 
Note: If the business is a sole ownership or partnership, this process will not apply. Search the ATL311 portal for the article "Change of Business Ownership for Sole Ownership and Partnership".
