A property that is registered as vacant can be removed by completing the vacant property removal form. On the form there is a box to select removal. In order to remove the registration, you must provide documentation detailing the property has been conveyed to another person or entity. (i.e. settlement documents, HUD document and/or Deed information). You can submit the removals to the Atlanta Police Department Code Enforcement Section at 818 Pollard Boulevard, 3rd floor, Atlanta, GA 30315.
