The Department of City Planning (DCP) offers a range of online and virtual solutions for all your application and permitting needs. As DCP services shifted to digital platforms early in 2020, they will continue to offer those services digitally when City Hall reopens. For step-by-step instructions on this new process, please review the Digital Permit Submissions guidelines (link below).

 

A Special Administrative Permit (SAP), from the Department of City Planning, Office of Zoning and Development (OZD), is required for sales/vending at an outdoor event.

If planning on using tables or tents, the criteria is as follows –

• Tables – Must be skirted

• Tents – Must be white and the size limited to 10' x 20'
