To find your EIN, check the original EIN confirmation letter issued to you by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), contact the bank that has your business account, or look on past business tax returns.

There is no public, centralized IRS database for looking up private company EINs. You may call the IRS at 1-800-829-4933, Monday through Friday from 7AM to 7PM to verify your EIN.
