Vending can occur between 7:00 AM and 12:00 AM (midnight), 7 days a week. At no time should a cart be left unattended. 
 
Approved vendors must display their City of Atlanta vending permit(s) during vending hours at each location. For vendors preparing food onsite, applicable mobile Fulton or DeKalb County Health permits must be visible at all times. 
 
Note: Vending carts cannot remain on the sidewalk between the hours of 12:00 AM (midnight) to 7:00 AM.
