The City's Service Rules are as follows:
Sales - Items sold or offered from vending carts that do not conform are prohibited from sell by public right of way vendors and may lead to a citable offense. Operations - Each year, vendors must renew their permit application and fees to remain in good standing and retain their awarded vending locations.
