The City’s Private Property Vending Program is designed to allow economic development opportunities for vendors to vend on private property as permitted by the property owner, and at athletic and entertainment events as permitted by the authorized event coordinator.
Depending on the type of permit granted, vending items may include crafts such as:
• Baskets
• Jewelry
• Wood carvings
• Quilts
• Fragrances
• Fresh flowers
• Clothing
• Seasonal items
• Light travel accessories
• Food pursuant to conditions specified by the Fulton Health Department
• Photography, street music, face/portrait painting services
Vending locations will vary however vendors are only allowed to vend at the location(s) specified by their approved vending permit.
