The Pre-Trial Intervention (PTI) and Pre-Trial Intervention Traffic (PTIT) are diversion programs offered through the Office of the Solicitor. PTI and PTIT are diversion or alternative prosecution programs that result in the dismissal of your charge.

NOTE: If you are found ineligible for PTI or PTIT, the Court will schedule a new court date and you will receive a notice in the mail. You may also check the Find My Case Tool for the new court date.
