For your convenience, the City offers several ways to pay your water and sewer bill:  

(1) Online – Click web link to pay online using our convenient, secure Department of Watershed Management Customer Web Portal bill payment service. Payment posts to account immediately.  

(2) By Phone – Pay via the automated phone system (IVR) by calling 404-546-0311, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, using MasterCard or Visa. Listen for the Department of Watershed prompt and proceed accordingly. Payment posts immediately. Customer Service and Collections agents do not accept payments over the telephone.

(3) Western Union – At over 200 metro Atlanta locations, for a fee of $1.50. Allow 2 business days for the payment to post.   

(4) Walmart – With the use of Western Union, for a fee of $1.50. Allow 2 business days for the payment to post.

(5) Mail/Lockbox – Mail payments to City of Atlanta, Department of Watershed Management, P.O. Box 105275, Atlanta, GA 30348-5275. Allow 7 business days for the payment to post.  

(6) Bank Bill Payment – Pay via your online banking account. Allow 7 business days for the payment to post. 

(7) Drop Box – Drop off checks or money orders (only) at Atlanta City Hall. Exterior lockboxes are located at the entrances on 68 Mitchell Street and 55 Trinity Avenue SW. Allow 7 days for the payment to post. Please do not mail payments to these addresses. Please do not pay with cash at the drop box.

(8) In-person, Monday – Friday, 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM, at the Department of Watershed Management’s Customer Service Walk-in Centers:     

–  Atlanta City Hall, 55 Trinity Ave. SW, Atlanta, GA 30303      

–  2 City Plaza, 72 Marietta St. NW, Atlanta, GA 30303

NOTE: If your account is in jeopardy of a service interruption, or is already disconnected, you are encouraged to make your payment by phone or online using your debit or credit card, or in-person at the City’s payment window. Payment via Western Union, mail, bank bill payment, and drop box may delay service reconnection.
