Reports of a leaking or damaged water meter can be submitted online below or by contacting Customer Service at 404-546-0311.

To submit an online request, please provide the following:  

  1. Your Name
  2. Email Address
  3. Phone Number  
  4. Service Address (exact address – street number and name)
  5. In the Customer Notes box, include any other pertinent details.

 

Utilize the Attachments button to upload any photos.  

 

A technician will be dispatched to inspect the leak or broken meter within 10 business days. Depending on the type of leak or damage found, further repairs may be needed, which could take up to 45 business days. If a leak is determined to be on private property, the homeowner/account holder will be responsible for the repair.
