If you have submitted more than one application for the same occupation tax certificate (new GBL and previous LGB or GBL) or submitted a new certificate application even though you have an existing certificate, please be aware that the Office of Revenue is reviewing those accounts and will contact you once the reconciliation has been completed. 

The communication may be an email asking for additional information or providing instructions. The communication may also be an electronic invoice informing you of your balance and payment remittance. Regardless of the communication, you must be responsive to continue with the renewal process. You will be able to renew for the current year after the account reconciliation process is completed.
