The email address used to register your account will be the ID associated with the account for future access. For ease, please use the same email address every year to renew your occupation tax certificate (business license) in ATLCORE. There can be more than one registered user associated with the account. 
 
Change of Email Address –
If you have forgotten or need to change your email address, you must access ATLCORE and, via the Log In/Register button, create/register a new account for the new email address.
 
After the new account has been created, you must request the Office of Revenue link it to your occupation tax certificate (business license) before you can review the business activity and/or renew your certificate. A request to link may be submitted below, or you may contact the ATL311 Customer Service Center for assistance at 404-546-0311.
 
Password Reset 
If you have requested a password reset, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the request. The email will contain a code that should be entered into ATLCORE for resetting the password. If the email is not found in your primary mailbox, check your spam box also. If unsuccessful, please create a request below, or you may contact the ATL311 Customer Service Center for assistance at 404-546-0311.
 
NOTE: Applicants must also use Google Chrome, clear their cache, and allow for third party cookies. If using an Apple device, ensure Google has been accessed while using the ATLCORE portal.
