The email address used to register your account will be the username associated with the account for future access. For ease, please use the same email address every year to renew your occupation tax certificate in ATLBIZ. There can be more than one registered user associated with the account. 
 
Change of Email Address –
If you do not have access to your ATLCORE email address, have forgotten your ATLBIZ email or just need to change the email address associated with your business account, you may use a different email to register on ATLBIZ.

• To register with a new email address, you must access ATLBIZ and, via the Sign Up button, create a new ATLBIZ account for the new email address.
• After the new ATLBIZ account has been created, on the Access an Existing Account option, select Request Access to an existing account, license, or permit and enter the requested information. 

To link your business account(s) to your ATLBIZ account –
You will need to verify your business account(s) by providing your Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN), Company Type, Company Name, and submitting a verification method. The verification method provides multiple ways for you to verify the business account that you are trying to access.

Password Reset –
If you have requested a password reset, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the request. The email will contain a code that should be entered into ATLBIZ for resetting the password. If the email is not found in your primary mailbox, check your spam box also. If unsuccessful, please create a request below, or you may contact the ATL311 Customer Service Center for assistance at 404-546-0311.
