The email address used to register your account will be the username associated with the account for future access. For ease, please use the same email address every year to renew your occupation tax certificate in ATLBIZ. There can be more than one registered user associated with the account. 
 
Change of Email Address –
If you have forgotten or need to change your email address, you must access ATLBIZ and, via the Sign-Up button, create/register a new account for the new email address. After the new account has been created, you must click 'Request Access" and enter the requested information to link to the requested account.

Password Reset –
If you have requested a password reset, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the request. The email will contain a code that should be entered into ATLBIZ for resetting the password. If the email is not found in your primary mailbox, check your spam box also. If unsuccessful, please create a request below, or you may contact the ATL311 Customer Service Center for assistance at 404-546-0311.
