If today is your scheduled pick-up day for bulk collection, please allow until the end of the day for collection to be completed.

If it is after the Department of Public Works’ normal business hours of 7AM – 5PM or the next business day and your bulk items were not collected, you may contact ATL311 at 404-546-0311 to create a request.

If your scheduled bulk collection is missed and is not reported as missed within two (2) business days, it must be rescheduled.
