Invest Atlanta is happy to announce that the Anti-Displacement Tax Relief Fund Program is expanding into Year 3. This means more Atlanta homeowners can be served. Invest Atlanta will be reviewing 2025 applications that were not selected into the program; therefore, there will not be a new application period for 2026.

Previous applicants are invited to attend our online information session explaining the next steps: Thursday, March 12th, from 5:00 to 6:00 PM : REGISTER HERE

Those currently enrolled in the program must recertify each year. Recertification will begin on April 1st, 2026.

There are two ways to complete your recertification:

• You can complete your recertification by answering the FORWARD phone call from 770-758-5684 and responding to the questions over the phone.
• You can sign in using your credentials from last year. Once logged in, click on “My Applications,” then select the “eye” icon. On the next screen, click on “Qualifications” and answer the three questions provided.
