Founded in late 2018, Urban Alchemy was created with the purpose of forging meaningful career pathways for returning citizens—especially those who served long‑term or life sentences.
The organization’s mission is to transform communities and public spaces through a trauma‑informed approach grounded in love, respect, and empathy. Rather than relying on traditional enforcement, Urban Alchemy’s model centers on building relationships. 
In Atlanta, our LOVE Team (Lifting Our Voices for Equity) works to connect people experiencing homelessness with permanent housing and necessary resources, meeting them where they are in the community.
UA ATL LOVE is an outreach team specifically dedicated to linking our unhoused neighbors to essential community services.
