If you receive mail from the Atlanta Municipal Court addressed to someone who does not live at your residence:

• Write "Not at this address" on the envelope or postcard.
• Do not mark over or obscure the address.
• Place the item back in your mailbox or return it to your mail carrier. 

The Post Office will return the mail to the Municipal Court. Upon receipt, the individual’s case will be updated to reflect that the mail was undeliverable.
