Non-Eviction Landlord-Tenant Issues
If an individual resides in Fulton or Clayton County and is dealing with a non-eviction landlord-tenant matter, they may contact AVLF’s main line at 404-521-0790 for assistance.

Eviction Cases (Fulton County Residents Only)
The Housing Court Assistance Center (HCAC) serves Fulton County residents with active cases. Individuals whose landlords have filed for eviction, or who are otherwise dealing with eviction-related issues, may visit the HCAC in person—no appointment is required.

  • Mondays: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
  • Tuesdays: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
  • Wednesdays: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
  • Fridays: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.


Justice Resource Center (J1-7001, 7th Floor)

  • Mondays: 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Tuesdays: 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Wednesdays: 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
