If you have a scheduled court date with the Atlanta Municipal Court and are unable to appear due to military deployment, you may request a reset.
Prior to deploying, report to the Help Desk in the lobby of the Municipal Court building with your deployment documentation to have your case reset to a future date and receive additional instructions. The Municipal Court of Atlanta is located at 150 Garnett Street SW and is open Monday through Friday, 7:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
If your court date has passed, search ATL311.com for “I Failed to Appear at Court”.
