Kingdom Mandate Center is a faith-based independent living home program that provides safe, stable, and affordable shared housing for individuals seeking a supportive living environment. Our homes are designed for independent adults who can care for themselves but need secure housing and community support.
We are not a care facility and do not provide medical care, personal care, or case management. Our program focuses solely on housing, structure, and stability in a respectful, drug and alcohol-free environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
● Must be 18 years of age or older.
● Be capable of living independently and completing daily activities without continuous supervision.
● Have a reliable source of income to pay for housing.
● Provide valid identification and all requested intake documentation.
● Complete our intake assessment and screening process.
● Be willing to follow all house rules and respect the safety and privacy of other residents.
● Not require 24-hour medical, psychiatric, or personal-care supervision.
● Not present an immediate safety risk to themselves, other residents, or staff.
We serve individuals from several populations, including veterans, independent seniors, survivors of domestic violence, returning citizens, and other adults experiencing housing instability.
Applicants may receive SSI, Social Security Disability benefits, retirement income, veterans’ benefits, or income from regular employment. Each applicant is considered individually based on their circumstances, ability to live independently, ability to pay for their personal housing space, completion of the intake process, and current availability.
