FRAUD ALERT
Municipal Court of Atlanta is aware of fraudulent text messages (phishing) being sent regarding outstanding parking fines. These messages often include "urgent" warnings of late fees or court enforcement actions and provide a link to a fake payment portal. The Municipal Court of Atlanta does not notify individuals of parking fines via text messages. Presently, official court notices are delivered via physical mail or placed directly on the vehicle. If you receive a text about a parking fine, do not click any links or provide personal/financial information. To check if you have any outstanding parking fines, visit
here
or call ATL+ Customer Service at (404) 201-5396. Please report any suspicious text messages to the Atlanta Police Department or the FTC at
