The City of Atlanta Department of Transportation has a number of commonly requested (standard) maps available for FREE download, in PDF format, via the Department of City Planning GIS website. 

Static maps currently available include:
  •  Council District, Neighborhood, and Neighborhood Planning Unit (NPU)

  •  Future Land Use

  •  Official City Cadastral Lot Boundary

WebMap applications include:

  •  Building Permit Tracker

  •  Development Plat Search

  •  Property Information Interactive maps

  •  Rezoning Cases

  •  Zoning (search by entering address, parcel ID, or land lot)

The Department of City Planning GIS also provides limited custom map products. Maps are delivered via email in digital PDF format. Requests can be submitted via email to gis-team@atlantaga.gov or by calling 404-330-6070. Please allow 3 business days per request.

NOTE: The City does not keep copies of plat maps or surveys of individual property. Based on the location of the property, please visit the Fulton or DeKalb County Courthouse.
