Applications for new occupation tax certificates must be submitted online through ATLBIZ. Prior to submission of an application, ATLBIZ registration is required.  

The following documents are required:
   (1) SAVE Affidavit (must be notarized)
   (2) E-Verify Affidavit (must be notarized)
   (3) Regulatory permits (if applicable)
   (4) Copy of Copy of a secure and verifiable document as listed in the Georgia
        Department Revenue code O.C.G.A § 50-36-2 (e.g. unexpired driver’s license,
        passport, etc.). View the Georgia code for a complete list of acceptable
        documentation.
   (5) Copy of Georgia Secretary of State registration

Upon completion of your ATLBIZ application submission (including submission of all required documents and any applicable regulatory permits) payment of the $75 application fee is immediately due. The application will not be reviewed by the Office of Revenue if the payment has not been received. Acceptable forms of payment are Visa, Mastercard, American Express and eCheck.
