Before reporting a suspicious business operation or suspected improper registration, the ATLBIZ Public Search should be checked to locate the business by name or address. If the business cannot be located in the search, an online request may be submitted.

NOTE: If the unlicensed business is in a residential district, contact the Office of Zoning at CodeBustersDCP@atlantaga.gov or by phone at 404-330-6178. 
 
To submit a request below, complete all of the fields, including: 
  (1) Your Name 
  (2) Email Address
  (3) Phone Number 
  (4) Your street address 
    *Note: If preferred, you may also submit anonymously. 
   In the Customer Notes box, include: 
  (5) Name of business 
  (6) Owner or operator of the business 
  (7) Physical location where the business is being operated 
  (8) Other pertinent details or concerns that will assist in our review, including the type of activities observed at the reported business.
