The Department of City Planning (DCP) offers a range of online and virtual solutions for all your application and permitting needs. A Special Administrative Permit (SAP), from the Department of City Planning, Office of Zoning and Development (OZD), is required for sales/vending at an outdoor event.

If planning on using tables or tents, the criteria is as follows –

• Tables – Must be skirted

• Tents – Must be white and the size limited to 10' x 20'
