In the summer of 2026, Atlanta will host eight FIFA World Cup 2026™ matches, including one of the Semifinals. The matches will be played at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

Public viewing has become a firm fixture of the fan culture of FIFA events, providing fans with a unique and exciting opportunity to experience all the action and atmosphere of one of the world's greatest sports spectacles outside the stadiums. The FIFA Public Viewing Platform will be ready by Q4 2025. This platform will streamline the process for requesting public viewing licenses for FIFA World Cup 2026™. Centennial Olympic Park will become the official home of the FIFA Fan Festival™ Atlanta, transforming one of the city’s most iconic public spaces into a lively gathering place where fans, families, and visitors come together to celebrate the game.
