SERVICE UPDATE: Garbage collection will be delayed by one day this week beginning Tuesday, 1/27/26. Residents should place their carts at the curb one day after their regular service day to ensure pickup. Friday collections will be picked up on Saturday.
If today is your scheduled pick-up day for weekly collection, please allow until 3:30 PM for collection to be completed.
If it is after 3:30 PM and YOUR GARBAGE WAS NOT COLLECTED, you may contact ATL311 at 404-546-0311 or create a request by completing the form below.
To determine your service day, please visit the Waste Wizard and select the ‘My Schedule’ tab.
If you would like to receive weekly reminders of your collection day and other SWS notifications, visit the Waste Wizard, enter your address and select GET A REMINDER!
NOTE: Up to five (5) bags of garbage can be placed outside of the garbage cart. If there are more than five (5) bags outside of the cart, the garbage cart and bags will not be collected and service will resume the following week.
