The City of Atlanta Department of Watershed Management is offering the Bill Payment Amnesty Period. During the amnesty period, which lasts November 1 , 2017 – December 28, 2017, customers with balances exceeding $1000 must pay a minimum of 20 percent of their balance prior to entering into a flexible payment agreement. Late fees and assessments will be waived during the amnesty period. Watershed Management staff will be available between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. at 2 City Plaza (72 Marietta St.) at the dates listed below to assist walk-in customers. November 2017 – 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. • Fridays – November 3rd, 17th • Saturday – November 4th December 2017 – 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. • Fridays – December 8th, 15th • Saturday – December 2nd Customer can also call the Customer Service Center at 311 or 404-546-0311 for additional questions or click here for more details.

The Department of Public Works is pleased to announce The “Clean It Up Atlanta” Campaign, a concentrated effort to host citywide amnesty clean-up days monthly, where residents will not be fined for trash/debris around their property. Clean-ups will focus on clearing litter and debris in a different quadrant of the city each month. The following clean-up is scheduled for October 2017: October 28, 2017 -“Gun Club Community” Clean-Up Area Boundaries: North: Gun Club Dr. South: Johnson Rd. East: Jones Ave. West: Hightower Rd.
