If the business is a sole ownership or partnership and the ownership is changing, a completed Final/Close form must be submitted to close the existing business tax account (business license). After the business closure is completed by the Department of Finance, a New Business License Application must be submitted. To complete business closure, search for “Final/Close Business”, via the ATL311 portal, to obtain the processing requirements.
