Site Plans should include:• Existing Conditions • Tree Impact Assessment and Removal• Tree Replacement Plan.The Office of Parks requires four (4) complete sets of plans to be submitted for approval. This includes a copy for each of the following:• Office of Parks• Office of Buildings• Office of Planning • Contractor to keep on site. Parks arborist reviews all construction site plans affecting the right of way or public property. Upon approval, the work site will undergo a 15-calendar posting period (see article regarding Tree Postings for more details). Site Plans must be hand delivered or mailed to the: Office of Parks233 Peachtree St NEHarris Tower Suite 1700Atlanta, GA 30303Keep in mind that Office of Parks' arborist may take up to 45 business days to review submitted plans and complete an on-site inspection before approval.
