Oversized yard trimmings (such as tree trunks and branches exceeding two feet in diameter and four feet in length.) Additionally, it is unlawful to have uncontainerized waste placed curbside.The Solid Waste Education and Enforcement Team (SWEET) inspects code violations in the public right of way. Typical code violations include illegal dumping after an eviction, illegal sign placement on public property/right of way, trash bin at the curb for over 48 hours, and improper waste disposal. If you notice a violation of the City's code, you may submit an online service request by clicking the Create Request button below, or you may call the Customer Service Center at 404-546-0311 between the hours of 7 am and 6 pm Monday through Friday.Please note that the City of Atlanta does not investigate clean up requests on the interstate. Highway and interstate requests should be referred to the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) at 404-631-1387.
